To Quilt or Not to Quilt? The Hamburger Pics

As I mentioned yesterday, below are pictures of the Bayou Burgers I made for my family.  They were excited when they saw them and once they were on their plates, they enjoyed every bite.  I hope you find these pictures enticing enough to try the recipe . . .

 Above - are the burgers straight from the grill.  Below - are the burgers dressed and ready to eat.

While they look fattening, they're really not.
